A training programme on “Business Plan Formation” organised by the Regional Office Matara, Central Bank of Sri Lanka for development officers attached to divisional secretariats in the Ratnapura District was successfully held on 21th March 2019 at the auditorium of the Divisional Secretariat, Ratnapura.
